I am so happy I came across Impact Education and and Natalie. After spending a year doing reading tutoring my daughter wasn’t making much improvement she was slowly becoming afraid to read and homework would end in tears and frustration. Deep down I always suspected she may have dyslexia but wanted to get her specialized help before going down the diagnosis path. Fast forward about 8 weeks of intensive therapy and my daughter is doing so well! Her tutor and her work so well together and I can see the difference in her at home when it’s time to do some homework, her frustration is reduced and she is more willing to attempt spelling out and she even read a book with more than one sentence (a very big deal in our house) Her tutor knows her so well and knows exactly how to motivate her to push through the barriers, the relief felt by me and my daughter is the best part. Knowing there is help that works makes the journey a lot less daunting and I know her tutor and Natalie will support me when addressing issues with reading and spelling at school.Thank you so much Natalie and team :)

We have recently undergone testing for my five year old sons learning struggles with Impact Education to get some ideas of how to help him and where to head. Natalie has been amazing throughout the entire process and I feel extremely well supported and and am very thankful. In the review appointment of his assessment Natalie had the most amazing way of helping me to understand the information and to feel that we had a lot of options. Her knowledge of the education system and what’s ahead for us is incredible and her calm kind nature is perfect for this role. I can’t recommend her enough.
